When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours, depending on availability. You will be sent a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I customize the computer?
Currently, we are only able to sell the standard models with the features outlined on the site.
Can I order accessories?

Can I purchase software?
No, because of licensing requirements, software is not available for sale from the Computer Store. However, the computers do come preloaded with an operating system and some standard software packages.
Can I return the computer?
Merchandise returns must take place within five business days (5 days) of the original purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. The return price will be the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee. Products without a receipt will not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Can I buy directly from the computer store?
This special deal for alumni is only available online.

Is my order subject to sales tax?
Purchases made in Pennsylvania and California are subject to state and local sales tax.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the total package weight and the value of your order. We only ship UPS ground to destinations in the continential United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard. We do not charge your account until we your order has been shipped.
